The Cheer Boss Ground Up Coach in Training program, is a well rounded education program designed to set trainees up for a successful career in All Star coaching. The training involves the many varied facets of skills required for a career in the All Star industry. The training will also prepare trainees for their future education and career paths.

While the program is not an official coaching qualification, it will help prepare candidates to prepare for their formal coaching credentials and will teach them the many varied important skills sets that are required of a coach.

Participants can start the program from 13 years of age. There are 4 Years/Stages of training within this program. This is to ensure a thorough education so participants will be well equipped to teach athletes safely and confidently. At the completion of each year/stage, participants will be awarded with a Certificate of Completion. At the completion of the 4th year/stage, you will be awarded with a Certificate of Graduation from the program.

In order to graduate from the program, participants must participate in all training which includes a variety of online education and practical experience. Throughout the program participants will also receive recommendations to complete external training and certifications (such as First Aid) which will aid in their ability to coach safely and also complete formal qualifications.

It is our aim that all participants will not only pass their formal qualifications with flying colours due to their participation in this program but will also become extremely competent coaches who will bring great value to their clubs.
